Drink a whole liter of water as soon as you wake up.

This helps, wash off dirt that accumulated while you were asleep. Furthermore, it neutralizes the alkalinity of the mouth, and when you do this, the doctor says you don’t have to brush your teeth.

Drink Hot Water forty minutes after every meal.

This applies for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is vital in dissolving the fatty adipose tissues within the intestine. This greatly reduces the risk of blood vessels being affected by fats. Mr. Anuj insists that even during summer one should continue with taking hot water.

Drink Water while sitting not standing.

This sounds funny. One would think, “What difference does it make if I drink Water standing or sitting? ”

Well, here is what the doctor says. Drinking water while standing could in the long term cause you to develop pain at joints, due to a medical condition.
