Have you ever heard or read about someone dying suddenly and he or she was absolutely fine with no single sign of sickness?I am going to inform you the 3 causes of sudden death below and tell you something about how they happen and their symptoms:

Cardiac Arrest

A heart beats through impulses that can cause muscles to contract in a regular rhythm. When that rhythm gets disrupted, Heart Arrhythmias occur.

When the rhythm is too fast or too slow to maintain proper blood flow, death can easily occur if treatment is not available immediately. When a person experiences severe Heart Arrhythmia, the heart loses the rhythm and ability of pumping blood then cardiac arrest follows and the person can collapse with little or even no warning.

Its symptoms include shortness of breath, dizziness, chest pain, strong heart palpitations, feeling of anxiety and perspiration (cold sweat)

Heart Attack

A heart attack happens when one of the heart becomes blocked. When the artery becomes blocked, part of the heart loses oxygen and starts to die. Symptoms of heart attack are many.

These are indigestion, dizziness, shortness of breath, nausea, pain in the jaw, chest pains, anxiety, trouble sleeping, sudden fatigue, perspiration,a racing or skipping heart beat and pain in the upper body.

A stroke happens when blood flow to part of the brain is blocked. Blocking cuts off oxygen. When brain cells do not get oxygen the cells start dying and this can cause irreversible damage and even death.

However there are two types of stroke. These are Ischemic stroke and the hemorrhagic stroke. Ischemic strokes occur when an artery becomes blocked cutting off oxygen to the brain. Hemorrhagic strokes occur when an artery inside the brain ruptures.

When bleeding happens, the brain causes pressure that results in cell damage and death. The symptoms of stroke are numbness on any part of the body, weakness(paralysis) in any part of the body, problems swallowing, slurred speech or inability to speak, severe headache, blurred vision and dizziness.
