The successful candidates will receive a bursary,a chance to create content at the Institute’s blog and mentoring.Sydney Environment Research Institute intends to develop and enhance the public discourse on climate change and other critical environmental issues.

Eligibility

-All those intending to undertake environmental research related to at least one of the Institute’s research cores;Transition,Resilience and Adoption,Food systems,oceans,Justice and Governance,Culture and Loss,Sustainable Materialism

-All those who have been accepted into or applied for Honours for semester 1 commencing in 2019.

-All those who have a minimum of an overall mark 70% across undergraduate units.

-All applicants whose first language is not English must provide TOEFL,IELTS or any English profieciency test results.

The application form which can be found here should be submitted with:

-Evidence confirming that the applicant has been accepted into or have applied for Honours program for semester 1 starting in 2019.The evidence can be a copy of acceptance letter.

-A copy of the most recent academic transcripts

-A copy of curriculum vitae of applicant.

-A writing sample of less than 500 word count which can be an essay made in the past.It will be used to gauge the writing ability of the applicant.

NOTE: Body of email of all all applicants must contain a short personal introduction and details on their current status and degree,their Honours supervisor(if one is already there) and their major(s) along with school or department.
